Job summary

World Business Lenders is seeking a Regulatory Analyst to support regulatory research, change management, licensing, filings, disclosure requirements, examinations, and regulatory reporting. The role will help maintain an inventory of obligations affecting lending, servicing, and corporate activities, coordinating timely implementation across the business.

The position requires 2+ years in regulatory compliance, strong writing skills, and the ability to work across a multinational, fully remote

Qualifications

• 2+ years of regulatory compliance, legal research, licensing, risk, audit, or financial-services operations.
• Experience researching rules, maintaining regulatory calendars, preparing filings, or supporting examinations.
• Ability to summarize complex requirements clearly and distinguish confirmed requirements from items requiring legal review.
• Strong organization, writing, documentation, and deadline-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Research and Change Management: research federal and state requirements affecting lending, servicing, and corporate operations.
• Licensing, Filings, and Examinations: maintain licensing calendars, coordinate filings, support examinations and responses.
• Business and Policy Support: review policies, disclosures, and operational practices for gaps.
• Reporting and Process Improvement: prepare status reports, identify deadlines, and maintain trackers.
