Job summary

World Business Lenders (WBL) is seeking a Regulatory Analyst to support regulatory research, licensing, filings, disclosures, examinations, and reporting across its lending, servicing, and corporate activities. This role helps maintain an up-to-date obligations inventory and coordinates implementation with business teams.

You will convert complex regulatory changes into clear summaries, prepare submissions, and share evidence of actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, compliance, finance, business, public policy, or related field.
• 2+ years in regulatory compliance, legal research, licensing, risk, audit, or financial-services operations.
• Ability to summarize complex requirements clearly and distinguish items needing legal review.
• Strong organization, writing, documentation, and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory research across federal and state requirements affecting lending, servicing, and operations.
• Maintain licensing calendars, filings, and examination support documentation.
• Coordinate with teams to gather facts and implement regulatory changes.
• Prepare clear summaries, track actions, and provide evidence of implementation.
