The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and strong document control across multiple jurisdictions.

The analyst will manage entity profiles, signatures, and annual requirements, ensuring organized records for audits, diligence, and transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in legal studies, business, finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of corporate governance or entity-management experience.
• Experience maintaining entity records, filings, and minute books.
• Strong written communication and document-control skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain entity profiles, officer/director data, and ownership information.
• Organize minute books, charters, bylaws, and operating agreements.
• Coordinate filings, calendars, and signatures across portals.
• Prepare governance documents, resolutions, and consents.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure good-standing status.
• Support governance projects, IP records, and diligence files.
