Hire Hangar is seeking a Recruiting Team Lead to manage a team of recruiters and oversee end-to-end recruitment operations across the business, in a remote role with US time zones (EST-PST). The role is full-time and hands-on, requiring strong organizational skills and accountability. You will coach the team, ensure pipelines stay active, maintain ATS hygiene, report on performance, and partner with senior leadership on capacity planning and process improvements.

Formación

• Must come from a staffing agency background.
• Experience in a team lead or managerial role with people oversight.
• Working knowledge of ATS platforms and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of recruiters with direct oversight of daily activity, performance, and output.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment workflows, ensuring pipelines are active and progressing efficiently.
• Own ATS management for the team, including pipeline hygiene, reporting, and system best practices.
• Monitor team performance against targets and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Act as the main escalation point for operational or process issues within the team.
• Support client account management where needed, maintaining strong service standards and communication.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on capacity planning, hiring priorities, and operational improvements.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of internal processes and team documentation.
