Kelly Services Inc. is seeking a remote Recruiter to support talent acquisition across the Americas, focusing on full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.

The role demands sourcing, screening, outreach, and offer management with a strong emphasis on candidate experience. You will build proactive sourcing strategies, manage multiple high-priority requisitions, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting software engineers and other technical talent.
• Experience supporting Product and Engineering teams.
• Strong candidate-facing experience with end-to-end recruiting.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions from intake through offer.
• Attend intake meetings to understand hiring needs and define recruiting strategies.
• Build proactive sourcing strategies to engage active and passive talent.
• Conduct structured candidate screens via phone and video.
• Drive outbound outreach through calls, messages, and emails.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain documentation and ATS activity in Avature or Workday.
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and recruiting effectiveness.
