Collective Residential is seeking a seasoned Recruiter to lead full-cycle sourcing and hiring across its portfolio companies in a fast-growing environment. The role focuses on hard-to-fill and executive positions with strong passive-candidate sourcing.

You will partner with senior leadership, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive data-driven recruiting metrics while operating in EST hours and a remote, flexible setting. Property management experience is a plus.

Formación

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies.
• Experience recruiting for property management or real estate is desirable.
• Proven success in executive-level and niche-profile recruiting.
• Strong sourcing background with LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and acting as a strategic talent partner.
• Experience working with ATS platforms (Workable a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work EST hours consistently.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute full-cycle recruiting across portfolio companies, from entry-level to executive roles.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced tools.
• Build and maintain long-term pipelines for key and recurring roles.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for niche or competitive talent markets.
• Own candidate tracking within the ATS and ensure data integrity.
• Meet recruitment metrics including time-to-fill and quality of hire.
