TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead and develop our internal recruiting team. In this fully remote role, you'll be responsible for the performance of recruiters and ensuring the delivery of quality candidates to clients.

A successful candidate will have 4+ years in recruiting, with strong coaching abilities and experience with high-volume roles. Moreover, you'll enjoy competitive pay and team bonuses based on performance.

Formación

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• At least 3 years in a team lead or management role.
• Strong grasp of sourcing and pipeline management.
• Experience with high-volume roles is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters.
• Oversee the full-cycle recruiting process across active requisitions.
• Track and own team-level metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for discovery/intake calls.
