Sagan Recruitment is seeking a remote Recruiter with a global reach and South Africa preference. The contractor position offers a base of 1500 USD/month plus 500 USD commission per hire, with a target of at least five hires per month.

You will source, screen, and engage candidates, presenting opportunities effectively and maintaining candidate records and pipeline updates. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, can manage a high-volume workflow, and work well with an internal hiring

• Source qualified candidates through Indeed and other approved recruiting channels.
• Review incoming applications and assess candidates against position requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate experience, communication skills, availability, motivation, and overall fit.
• Present the company and its opportunities in a persuasive and engaging way.
• Build excitement among active, passive, and hesitant candidates.
• Address candidate concerns and overcome objections professionally.
• Convert qualified prospects into engaged applicants.
• Schedule qualified candidates for phone screens with the internal hiring team.
• Maintain a consistent, high-volume pipeline of prospective candidates.
• Follow up promptly with candidates throughout the early stages of the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline updates.
• Track sourcing activity, screening volume, candidate progress, and hiring outcomes.
• Work toward a minimum target of five successful hires per month.
• Monitor screen-to-hire conversion rates and adjust outreach or screening approaches as needed.
• Communicate frequently with the internal team regarding candidate progress, pipeline quality, and recruiting results.
• Move quickly while maintaining a positive and professional candidate experience.
