Sagan Recruitment is hiring a remote Recruiter (independent contractor) to source, screen, and engage candidates globally, with a strong preference for South Africa. The role involves presenting opportunities, maintaining a healthy pipeline, and moving candidates through the hiring process efficiently.

The base salary is 1,500 USD per month plus 500 USD commission per hire, with a target of at least five hires per month, and a remote, contract-based arrangement.

Formación

• Source qualified candidates through Indeed and other approved recruiting channels.
• Review incoming applications and assess candidates against position requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate experience, communication skills, availability, motivation, and overall fit.
• Present the company and its opportunities in a persuasive and engaging way.
• Build excitement among active, passive, and hesitant candidates.
• Address candidate concerns and overcome objections professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Source qualified candidates through Indeed and approved channels.
• Review applications and assess against requirements.

• Present the company and opportunities persuasively.
• Maintain a high-volume pipeline of candidates.
• Follow up with candidates through early hiring stages.
