Tether is hiring an Automation QA Engineer to own automation and manual testing for desktop and mobile apps. You will build and maintain test automation, integrate with CI/CD, investigate failures, and collaborate with developers, product and support to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.

The role requires 4+ years in QA automation, hands-on testing, and experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, Appium, Electron/React Native, and AI-assisted QA tools. Remote role with global teams.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in QA automation and manual testing
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
• Hands-on testing of desktop and mobile apps
• Experience with AI QA tools is a plus
• Experience with Electron/React Native apps is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain regression automation for core user flows
• Perform manual validation and exploratory testing
• Run smoke, regression, integration, and performance tests
• Document feature behavior and test results in detail
• Log pass/fail conditions and link failures to bugs
• Identify risks to product quality and quality processes
• Collaborate with product to ensure quality across SDLC
• Coordinate with customer-facing teams to incorporate feedback
• Participate in effort estimation and planning
• Use GitHub to manage automation repos and CI jobs
• Participate in on-call rotation
