Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile test automation across the product suite. You will build and maintain automated tests, integrate them into CI/CD, and work closely with developers to ensure testability and robust releases.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in QA automation, hands-on Playwright and WebdriverIO experience, and familiarity with AI tools in QA. This is a remote role with global collaboration and fast-paced fintech context.

Formación

• 4+ years in QA automation with hands-on testing.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on with Playwright for desktop or web.
• WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile testing.
• Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps.
• Experience using AI tools in QA.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
