Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile testing, build robust automation, and ensure high-quality releases across platforms. You will lead test automation for critical user flows, integrate tests into CI/CD, and collaborate with developers to improve testability and acceptance criteria.

You will perform functional, exploratory, and regression testing, choosing manual or automated coverage by risk, while leveraging AI tools to enhance testing effectiveness.

Competenze

• 4+ years in QA automation with manual testing experience.
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Experience testing desktop and mobile apps (Electron/React Native).
• Experience using AI tools in QA is a plus.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
