Miratech is seeking an experienced Software Architect to define the technical vision for new products and technology initiatives in a fully remote capacity. You will evaluate emerging technologies, design scalable architectures, and guide engineering teams through modern, enterprise-grade solutions.

As a technology leader, you will shape strategy, drive PoC initiatives, and collaborate with customers and stakeholders to advance modernization efforts and DevOps practices.

Formación

• 4+ years in a Software Architect, Enterprise Architect, Engineering Director, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of modern architectural patterns and distributed systems.
• Experience leading distributed engineering teams and technical initiatives.
• Ability to define architectural standards and evaluate technologies against business goals.
• Hands-on software development background with CI/CD and DevOps experience.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the architectural vision for products, platforms, and technology initiatives.
• Research emerging technologies, conduct technical evaluations, and drive PoC initiatives.
• Design scalable cloud-native, distributed, and hybrid architectures.
• Establish architectural standards, best practices, and engineering guidelines.
• Lead the technical design of complex enterprise and high-load systems.
• Define technology stacks and architectural principles for new solutions.
• Mentor technical leads and senior engineers and collaborate with stakeholders.
