AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that convert enterprise data into actionable business insights. You will partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, design data models, and deliver scalable analytics across Snowflake and SAP sources.

The role requires 4+ years of Power BI development, strong SQL, and data modeling skills in an agile, distributed team environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical and data requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports providing actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data needs and source structures.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into enterprise data platform (Snowflake/SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across source system -> data platform -> semantic/model -> Power BI.
• Promote reusable data models, common KPI definitions, and scalable analytics solutions.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
