Ottomatik.io seeks a proactive Customer Service & Dispatch Representative to support a growing US plumbing business. You will be the first contact for homeowners and businesses, manage scheduling, calendars, and inbound inquiries with empathy.

This fully remote, full-time role runs Monday to Friday 8 AM–5 PM MST, with 10 PTO and US holidays. Prior experience with CRM and field-service software helps you route requests efficiently and maximize bookings.

Formación

• Advanced English verbal communication required.
• Scheduling & CRM experience with live calendars and booking software.
• Ability to multitask under pressure and maintain a calm, reassuring tone.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls and provide plumbing service information and pricing.
• Schedule service appointments and optimize technician calendars.
• Maintain CRM records and update service requests.
• Follow up on warm leads to secure repeat business and estimates.
• Update customers on scheduling changes or arrival windows.
