Hire With Near is seeking a remote, detail‑oriented support associate to help our US‑based client manage daily operations. The role centers on data entry and customer service, processing orders, and ensuring accurate fulfillment in a fully remote environment.

You will use Microsoft Office and an ERP system, collaborate with vendors and internal teams, and handle inquiries with professionalism. Compensation is $1,000–$2,000 USD per month, with final offers based on seniority and skill set.

Formación

• Proven experience in data entry and/or customer service.
• Demonstrated success in delivering results and proactively overcoming obstacles.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Committed to being a team player.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel).
• Familiarity working in an ERP system.
• High level of attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver superior customer service to our teams, customers and stakeholders.
• Communicate with vendors to ensure accurate & timely fulfillment activities.
• Process/enter orders
• Invoice orders once shipped
• Resolve issues/inquiries delegated by internal teams or from clients (e.g., delivery error)
• Maintain accurate inventory levels for assigned accounts within ERP system
• Ensure compliance with state regulatory requirements
• Work closely with other departments to complete cross-functional tasks
• Manage a shared email box with team
