CS Outsource is seeking an experienced BuildOps Dispatch Coordinator to coordinate and dispatch HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing service technicians. The role requires hands-on BuildOps experience and thrives in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.

You will schedule, monitor routes, manage work orders, and communicate with customers about ETA and updates, while maintaining accurate logs. Fully remote position with a collaborative team and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Hands-on BuildOps experience.
• Experience dispatching HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, or plumbing technicians.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced 24/7 service environment.
• Strong scheduling, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions during urgent dispatch.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Dispatch and schedule field technicians using BuildOps.
• Coordinate emergency service calls and preventive maintenance appointments.
• Monitor technician routes, job status, and completion times.
• Update work orders, service notes, and customer records within BuildOps.
• Communicate with customers regarding technician ETA, scheduling, and service updates.
• Coordinate closely with field technicians to ensure efficient job execution.
• Prioritize urgent service requests while optimizing technician schedules.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs and ensure timely follow-up on open work orders.
