Paper Street Media is seeking a Remote Platform Operations Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of the members area, including QA, pricing validation, promo execution, and sales analytics. The role reports to Growth Lead within Growth Operations and collaborates with Tech to surface needs and prioritize tasks.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in digital/growth operations, strong AI usage with Claude, and a solid UX perspective. This is a remote position with a 90-day probationary period.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in digital or growth operations with a track record of execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced, daily use of AI applied to work, specifically Claude, with self-built tools/workflows.
• Real UX sensibility: understands flow friction from the user perspective.
• Ability to interpret commercial objectives and translate them into action.
• Exceptional attention to detail to prevent pricing or promo errors.
• Comfort with data: reading reports, cross-referencing info, and drawing conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Run continuous QA on the members area including flows, features, releases and errors.
• Verify pricing across all touchpoints and ensure consistency.
• Execute promo launches/takedowns and verify exact start/end times.
• Track and report member area sales with current visibility for the team.
• Monitor upsell, cross-sell, and onboarding flows and identify drop-offs.
• Analyze usage and propose concrete improvements.
• Support user segmentation work and related analysis.
• Turn data reports into actionable conclusions for leadership.
• Collaborate with Tech to surface needs and prioritize.
• Translate sales/strategy goals into concrete operational actions.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
