Job summary

Vertu Agent, LLC. is seeking a proactive Growth Operator to own paid media campaigns and lead generation funnels in a 100% remote, full-time contractor role. You will optimize CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and landing pages, while running experiments across channels.

The ideal candidate has hands-on paid media, performance marketing, and CRO experience, with strong English (C1/C2) and the ability to work independently with US-based clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in paid media, performance marketing, and lead generation.
• Hands-on with creative testing, A/B testing, and CRO.
• Ability to develop, execute, and evaluate marketing experiments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across lead generation accounts.
• Develop and execute continuous creative testing and A/B testing strategies.
• Identify performance gaps and implement data-driven improvements.
• Optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, surveys, and qualification funnels.
• Monitor CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and downstream sales metrics.
• Generate testing hypotheses and identify winning creatives and strategies.
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and customer acquisition.
• Prepare weekly performance reports, testing roadmaps, and actionable recommendations.
• Communicate challenges and own campaign performance.
