Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Arkansas Bar admission required.
• 5–10 years of Personal Injury experience.
• Knowledge of Arkansas laws and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess Personal Injury claims to determine liability and value.
• Represent clients in Personal Injury matters, including filing claims and negotiating settlements.
• Develop and implement legal strategies; conduct research and analyze medical records.
• Maintain proactive client communication and manage case files.
• Coordinate with medical providers and experts to support cases.
