Qualifications

• 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury reductions experience.
• Direct experience negotiating with hospitals and medical providers.
• Ability to manage a high-volume reductions caseload.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Litify experience preferred.
• Remote work experience in a legal setting.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate hospital liens and medical provider balances under attorney supervision.
• Review medical bills and obtain supporting documentation.
• Submit reduction requests and obtain written confirmations.
• Maintain records in Litify.
• Coordinate with attorneys and closing staff to prepare files for settlement disbursement.
• Meet negotiated reduction targets, turnaround times, and accuracy.
• Refer legal questions to the appropriate attorney.
