HireHawk connects skilled professionals with remote career opportunities for U.S. and Canadian companies. You will own the inbound patient journey for a Beverly Hills cosmetic surgery practice, responding quickly to inquiries, building trust, and guiding prospects toward consultations.

Role requires after-hours responsiveness and proactive follow-up to convert leads, with 15–20 new inquiries daily. Remote work, high English proficiency, and CRM hygiene are essential for success.

Formación

• 2–4+ years in inbound sales, patient coordination, appointment setting, or high-touch consumer sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a polished, professional communication style.
• Strong phone confidence and experience making patient-facing calls.
• Proven ability to convert inbound interest into appointments through timely follow-up.
• Experience managing leads across phone, email, and SMS with CRM records.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the inbound patient lead pipeline and respond to new inquiries with urgency across phone, text, and email.
• Turn qualified interest into booked consultations by guiding prospects toward the next step.
• Follow up consistently with non-bookers with personalized communication.
• Build longer-term nurture relationships with prospective patients.
• Maintain a polished phone presence when speaking with high-expectation prospects.
• Qualify leads and identify where each prospect is in the decision process.
• Document all interactions and statuses in the practice CRM accurately.
• Provide after-hours and weekend lead coverage to ensure fast responses.
• Support patients after consultations as they consider surgery.
