Qualificações

• Proven experience in customer support, SDR, outreach, or digital negotiation.
• Fluent English with native-level written skills (C2).
• Strong data entry accuracy and ability to handle high-volume tasks efficiently.
• Excellent web research and professional email negotiation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Email management and research across multiple client accounts, evaluating websites and proposals.
• Negotiate placement terms and pricing with publishers to secure top mentions at favorable costs.
• Use Claude, AirOps, and email platforms to draft precise, scalable outreach responses.
• Log collaboration details in Google Sheets, track deal stages, and report metrics via Slack.
• Help build operational playbooks in a fast-paced early-stage product environment.
