Job summary

Virtustant is a fully remote, contractor role based from LATAM. You will own client accounts end to end, from onboarding to ongoing optimization, writing brand messaging and copy, and directly managing SEO, social, and paid media.

You’ll build Claude-based workflows to scale repetitive tasks while maintaining high trust with regulated healthcare clients. You’ll join a distributed team across time zones, handle multiple locations, and adapt processes as the agency grows, with unlimited PTO and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience for clients.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad accounts or site launches.
• Daily use of Claude and related tools; familiarity with Claude workflows.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get sites, tracking, and channels live within ~2 weeks.
• Confirm conversion tracking counts real bookings before budget moves.
• Write brand messaging, location pages, and client updates in Claude, edited by you.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad account structure.
• Structure multi-location accounts so each location's numbers read clearly.
