Virtustant is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator for a fully remote, LATAM-based contractor role serving US clients. You will lead creative campaigns from kickoff to delivery, orchestrating timelines, assets, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely, high-quality outputs.

You will own project plans, coordinate designers, copywriters, and strategists, and optimize processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Creative/Marketing Project Management experience.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike or Trello).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines using tool platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, copy, and marketing.
