Kake is seeking a Partner Success Support professional to manage day-to-day coordination behind partnerships with world‑class engineering teams. • Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Recruiting, Recruiting Coordination, Talent Acquisition, Client Services, or a similar people-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating meetings, interviews, or schedules across multiple people and time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate candidate interviews, partner meetings, and other scheduling across multiple calendars and time zones.
• Communicate directly with candidates throughout the interview process, keeping them informed and ensuring a positive experience.
• Track interview processes, feedback, follow-ups, next steps, and outstanding action items.
• Work closely with Operations, Partner Success, Recruiting, Sales, and other internal teams to keep processes moving.
• Proactively follow up with candidates, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across internal systems and tools.
• Help identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, communication gaps, and other day-to-day blockers.
