InEvent is seeking an Event Specialist to manage partner relationships and oversee end-to-end event delivery. You will expand certified partners, ensure services are fulfilled, and drive client satisfaction to earn positive marketplace reviews.

You will join the Marketing team, work remotely part-time, and travel frequently for on-site events. Applicants should have strong event planning experience and English fluency to collaborate with global partners.

Formación

Strong experience in event planning and managing full lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction.
Experience managing client relationships and coordinating with vendors.
Knowledge of partner onboarding and platform training for partners.
Understanding of business development, marketing strategies and brand expansion.
Ability to source suppliers and negotiate costs within budgets.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior.
Ability to meet deadlines in a startup environment.
Fluent English to communicate with global partners.
Must be comfortable with frequent international travel.
Must have a personal computer and mobile phone.

Responsabilidades

Plan, coordinate, and manage events end-to-end, including vendor sourcing and client management.
Be the main point of contact for partners and the marketplace.
Negotiate terms and prices with partners and providers.
Lead co-marketing campaigns with partners.
Update CRM and project boards, tracking documents from partners.
Produce analyses and reports of activities and results.
