HireArt is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our Account Management Team and provide operational excellence and client service support to HireArt clients. You’ll work closely with an Account Manager to ensure inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally.

You will think critically about the client experience, identify areas for process improvement, and suggest enhancements to create the best experience for all users of our platform.

Formación

• 2+ years of account coordination, customer success, operations, staffing, HR, recruiting coordination, or project coordination experience.
• C1/C2 level English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and track worker onboarding activities.
• Coordinate offer creation and delivery with account managers.
• Monitor onboarding completion and start date readiness.
• Track worker extensions, renewals, and upcoming contract end dates.
• Escalate onboarding blockers to Account Managers.
• Maintain account documentation and playbooks.
• Update client trackers and workforce rosters.
• Coordinate follow-up actions from client meetings.
• Manage recurring operational workflows.
• Prepare workforce and account reports.
• Maintain accurate records across systems.
• Coordinate with Worker Experience on escalations.
• Ensure account activities are properly documented and communicated.
