Job summary

Sur is seeking an Account Manager to support and grow partner relationships across universities and nonprofits. This role is fully remote, paid in USD, and compensation is based on experience and scope.

You’ll work closely with an Account Director on larger accounts while independently owning day-to-day partner success and ensuring campaigns, deliverables, and performance stay on track. If you’re organized, proactive, and enjoy being the glue that keeps multi-stakeholder work moving smoothly,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for clients, in an agency or your own practice.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking and ad account structure.
• Daily use of Claude and related tools, with experience drafting and editing content.
• Near-native English for client calls and written updates.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get site, tracking, and channels live in about two weeks.
• Confirm conversion tracking counts real bookings before budget moves.
• Write brand messaging, location pages, and client updates drafted in Claude and edited by you.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad account structure.
