Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking an Account Manager to support and grow partner relationships across universities and nonprofit sectors. This role centers on daily partner success, keeping campaigns on track, and delivering on time.

You’ll work with an Account Director on larger accounts, while independently owning partners as their primary contact. This is a remote role paid in USD, based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management in marketing/agency.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving.
• English fluency required; native or near-native.

Responsibilities

• Be the main day-to-day contact for assigned partners.
• Hold partner check-ins with clear agendas and notes.
• Translate partner needs into actionable internal direction.
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end with timelines and quality.
• Monitor performance with the paid media team and surface insights.
• Ensure alignment across creative, media, and analytics teams.
• Track progress against goals like inquiries, applications, enrollments.
• Assist onboarding and new business support when needed.
• Support invoicing and reporting for account health.
