Job summary

Skillonnet is hiring an Account Manager for a fully remote, LATAM-based contractor role. You will own day-to-day partner success with universities and nonprofits, coordinating campaigns and ensuring timely deliverables, with USD compensation based on experience.

You will collaborate with an Account Director on larger accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and drive performance across campaigns while aligning with internal teams and reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Account Management, preferably in marketing/agency.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication: proactive, clear, and solutions oriented.
• Ability to translate partner needs into actionable internal direction.
• Experience with Asana or similar project tools and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Be the main day-to-day contact for assigned partners with proactive, partner-first communication.
• Run partner check-ins with agendas, notes, and follow-through.
• Translate partner needs into internal direction and maintain scope records.
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Monitor performance with the paid media team and surface insights.
• Keep creative, media, and analytics teams aligned for smooth execution.
• Track progress against goals including budget pacing, inquiries, and enrollments.
• Identify renewal/up-sell opportunities and support proposals with the Account Director.
• Assist onboarding and new business support to start partnerships strong.
• Support reporting accuracy and invoicing as requested.
