Job summary

Remote Talent LATAM is hiring an Account Manager (AM) to support and grow partner relationships in the higher education and nonprofit sectors. You’ll own day-to-day partner success, ensuring campaigns stay on track and performance moves in the right direction.

You’ll work with an Account Director on larger accounts while independently owning partners as the main contact. This is a remote role paid in USD, based on experience and scope.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Account Management (marketing/agency preferred).
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication — clear, friendly, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
• Ability to translate partner needs into actionable internal direction.
• Experience reviewing performance reports and campaign data.

Responsibilities

• Be the main day-to-day contact for assigned partners, proactive and partner-first.
• Run partner check-ins with clear agendas, notes, and follow-through.
• Translate partner needs into actionable internal direction and maintain scope records.
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end, ensuring timelines and quality.
• Monitor performance with the paid media team and surface insights.
• Keep creative, media, and analytics teams aligned for smooth execution.
• Track progress against partner goals including budget pacing, inquiries, applications, enrollments.
• Spot renewals, upsell opportunities and support proposals with the Account Director.
• Assist with onboarding and new business support to start partnerships strongly.
• Support reporting accuracy and invoicing as requested.
