You will handle calls, emails, scheduling, and note-taking, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Fluency in English, a proactive mindset, and comfort with Zoom and Google Calendar are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational abilities with multi-tasking.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with Zoom, Google Calendar, and email tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and handle inquiries related to event space listings.
• Manage Director's emails and send meeting reminders.
• Coordinate event space bookings and calendar management.
• Take meeting notes and prepare summaries for the Director.
