Job summary

Indero is a Montreal-based contract research organization (CRO) focused on dermatology. The Part-Time Accounting Clerk will support day-to-day accounting for the Argentina entity, including reconciliations, vendor payments, and monthly cash flow preparation.

The role requires a Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration, 3+ years of experience, and intermediate to advanced English. It offers a flexible schedule and a home-based position with confidentiality and multinational exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred
• Intermediate to advanced English
• Proficiency with accounting systems

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure ledger consistency
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting
• Support day-to-day accounting for the Argentina entity
• Track tax deadlines and schedule related payments
• Prepare information requested by external auditors
