Job summary

Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk in Argentina to support day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, vendor payments, and monthly cash flow preparation for the Argentina entity.

You will assist with audit support, coordinate with external accounting firms, monitor tax withholdings, and help ensure timely, compliant reporting while maintaining confidentiality.

This role offers a flexible schedule, home-based opportunities, and growth within a multinational CRO environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting roles.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations in accordance with internal policies.
• Monitor and manage tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and support the timely scheduling of related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and follow up on the annual audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May also perform tasks within the team involving other Foreign entities.
