Job summary

Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support the Argentina entity with day-to-day accounting tasks, reconciliations, vendor payments, and monthly cash flow prep. You will coordinate with external firms for audit support and ensure compliant reporting.

The role involves bank reconciliations, balance sheet review, tax withholdings, and assisting with month-end closing. A flexible, home-based position with growth opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration is required.
• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure ledger consistency.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations per policies.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and payments schedule.
• Assist auditors with information requests and audits.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting controls.
