Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting for the Argentina entity. You will handle reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow, and audit coordination, liaising with external firms to ensure compliant reporting.

The role requires 3+ years accounting experience, English proficiency, and a strong grasp of accounting principles. It offers a flexible, home-based setup and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting roles.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure ledger consistency.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and scheduling of related payments.
• Prepare information for external auditors and assist with annual audit.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures and controls.
• May perform tasks within the team for other foreign entities.
