Job summary

Indero is a contract research organization (CRO) specializing in dermatology. Since 2000, we have built a solid reputation for quality in North America and Europe, with Montreal as a base.

This Argentina-based part-time role supports daily accounting, reconciliations, and external firm coordination to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting. You will perform bank reconciliations, oversee month-end close, and help with audits while maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration (required).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting systems.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations in accordance with internal policies.
• Monitor and manage tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and support the timely scheduling of related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and follow up on the annual audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May also perform tasks within the team involving other Foreign entities.
