Job summary

Indero is a contract research organization (CRO) focused on dermatology. We are seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting for the Argentina entity, including reconciliations, vendor payments, and monthly cash flow preparation.

The role involves coordination with external accounting firms to ensure accurate, timely reporting. Responsibilities include bank reconciliations, balance sheet validation, tax withholdings, and assisting with month-end close.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience
• Multinational environment experience preferred
• Intermediate to advanced English
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting practices
• Proficiency in accounting systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Professional demeanor and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and support payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and assist with the annual audit.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
