Job summary

Indero, a dermatology CRO, is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support accounting and finance for the Argentina entity from Retiro, Buenos Aires. The role handles reconciliations, vendor payments, tax withholdings, and monthly/year-end closings, liaising with external firms to ensure compliant reporting.

The position offers a flexible schedule and potential home-based work, with responsibilities spanning day-to-day entries, audits, and coordination with auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Professional demeanor and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and support related payments.
• Prepare information for external auditors and assist with audits.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May perform tasks for other foreign entities.
