HireHawk is seeking an Outbound GTM Lead to build, manage, and scale a phone-first outbound engine that powers SDRs and drives qualified meetings. You will own the outbound infrastructure across Apollo, CRM systems, and data enrichment platforms; create ICP-based lists, segmentation, and qualification criteria; and coach SDRs with structured scripts and feedback.

• Previous experience in staffing/recruiting or HR services desirable.
• Strong hands-on experience building outbound prospecting workflows with Apollo or similar tools.
• Deep understanding of SDR workflows, call prioritization, follow-up cadences, and qualification.
• Experience coaching SDRs through call review, scripts, and objection handling.
• Ability to build outbound systems from the ground up and scale multichannel campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Own outbound infrastructure and list-building across Apollo, CRM, and data platforms.
• Develop ICP-based prospect lists, segmentation, and qualification criteria to sustain high SDR activity.
• Coach SDRs on openings, value props, objections, follow-ups, and meetings conversion.
• Develop scripts, talk tracks, and playbooks; run structured outbound experiments across channels.
