Canonical is hiring an Organisational Development Associate, an early-career role embedded in real teams across EMEA and the Americas.

You will run diagnostics on team health, own end-to-end improvements with a senior practitioner, and help managers translate feedback into concrete commitments. You will contribute to a scalable playbook while learning coaching and OD from experts. Travel up to four times a year.

Formación

• Track record of leading and delivering change in startups, student societies, the military, or teams.
• Purposeful grounding in organisational psychology or related field.
• 2 years or less since graduating.
• Business level written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year.

Responsabilidades

• Run diagnostics on team health and management effectiveness and translate into clear readings.
• Own end-to-end improvements designed with senior practitioners.
• Support managers in delivering 360 feedback and turning it into commitments.
• Help build and standardize tools, playbooks, and shared language for the function.
• Learn coaching and OD from senior practitioners to run this work.
