Job summary

Canonical, a leader in open source software, is seeking a Graduate HR Generalist to provide HR support across the AMER region. This remote role plays a crucial part in managing HR processes, maintaining accurate HR systems, and assisting in engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Track record of exceptional achievement.
• Internship experience in an HR/People team, ideally in tech.
• Willingness to travel up to four times a year for internal events.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to team members regarding employment and benefits.
• Maintain HRIS for accuracy and timeliness.
• Own global projects related to engagement and training.
• Process new hires with onboarding documentation.
• Support employees with benefits enrollment and payroll.
• Conduct regular audits of employment files.
