Sagan Recruitment is seeking a Bookkeeper for a remote, LatAm-preferred contractor role. You will handle journal entries, month-end close, and AR follow-up from PST-hours. The position emphasizes independent work with a proprietary ERP and strong emphasis on accuracy and proactive process improvements.

Work is fully remote, with a Monday–Friday schedule and compensation in USD monthly. This role suits candidates who can operate autonomously, learning the proprietary ERP quickly and contributing

Responsabilidades

• After ramping up, propose lightweight SOPs for recurring tasks.

POSITION: Bookkeeper Location: Remote (LatAm Preferred) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST) Compensation: 2000 – 2300 USD/month flexible above for strong trades-industry fit

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

• Record journal entries and manage the full month-end close inside the company's proprietary field-service ERP.
• Reconcile the business credit card each month, catching and resolving discrepancies.
• Track accounts receivable and run a consistent follow-up cadence- statements, reminders, collection nudges- to keep aging current. (Invoice creation stays with the office administrator.)
• Learn and become fully proficient in a proprietary ERP with no external documentation, using dedicated vendor training plus hands-on support from the office administrator and outside accountant.
• Flag discrepancies, aging risk, or process gaps proactively rather than waiting to be asked.
• Once ramped, propose lightweight process improvements or simple SOPs for the recurring tasks you own.
