Sagan Recruitment is seeking a Bookkeeper for a remote, LatAm-preferred contractor role. You will handle journal entries, month-end close, and AR follow-up from PST-hours. The position emphasizes independent work with a proprietary ERP and strong emphasis on accuracy and proactive process improvements.

Work is fully remote, with a Monday–Friday schedule and compensation in USD monthly. This role suits candidates who can operate autonomously, learning the proprietary ERP quickly and contributing

Formación

• Experience recording journal entries and managing month-end closes.
• Reconcile monthly credit card statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow up on accounts receivable with reminders to reduce aging.
• Learn and master a proprietary ERP with training and support.
• Proactively flag discrepancies and process gaps.

Responsabilidades

• Record journal entries and manage the full month-end close inside the proprietary ERP.
• Reconcile the business credit card monthly and resolve discrepancies.
• Track accounts receivable and follow up to keep aging current.
• Learn and become proficient in the proprietary ERP with vendor training.
• Flag discrepancies, aging risk, or process gaps proactively.
• After ramping up, propose lightweight SOPs for recurring tasks.
