Influencer Hero is seeking a technically minded Integration Consultant to lead clients through onboarding and implementation of our platform. You’ll own the new-client experience, from initial setup through technical integration and ongoing optimization.

If you understand e-commerce tech, communicate clearly and enjoy solving problems, this role offers hands-on collaboration with customers and the product team in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a technical, customer-facing onboarding or implementation role.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; quick to learn systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding for new clients and ensure implementations land on time.
• Lead platform walkthroughs and technical onboarding sessions tailored to each client.
• Advise clients on influencer marketing strategy and practical application.
• Identify integration requirements, guide configuration and ensure deployments succeed.
• Answer client questions via Intercom with fast, accurate fixes for technical issues.
• Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot issues and relay product feedback.
• Build and improve internal documentation and implementation workflows.
