Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Customer Success Expert for a remote contractor role focused on sales, revenue, and CS operations. You will optimize workflows, improve data accuracy, and drive reporting across SaaS environments.

You will configure and manage CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and oversee revenue tools such as quoting and billing. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience, strong communication, and a track record turning data into process improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• CRM configuration and hands-on management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue tools outside the CRM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
