Job summary

Constructor.io is seeking an Integration Engineer to improve the e-commerce experience for customers worldwide by providing first-level technical support as they integrate their websites and apps with Constructor's platform.

You will onboard customers, educate on APIs, troubleshoot issues, and help configure catalogs and search facets. Join a fully remote team with strong growth and impact opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer support or technical support roles.
• Knowledge of REST-based web services, APIs, and integration best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding support - help customers through the integration process.
• API and library education - guide customers on Constructor's APIs and open source libraries.
• Troubleshooting - resolve integration issues with Customer Success teams.
• Index configuration - assist customers with catalog, facets, searchability, and sorting configurations.
• Communication - liaise between customers and technical resources; respond clearly to inquiries.
• Process improvement - document interactions and improve onboarding and docs.
