Job summary

Cordoba Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own the entire Google Ads funnel for multiple DTC brands. You will communicate directly with clients, audit accounts, and optimize campaigns across Search, Shopping, and PMax.

The role requires deep expertise in Google Ads, GA4, GTM, and Shopify, with a focus on incremental growth and clear attribution insights. You can work remotely from anywhere, but you will be the client’s primary contact and must align

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend (DTC/eCommerce).
• Fluent in English for client-facing communications.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and Shopify goal imports.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings via Loom.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities with distinct strategies.
• Monitor and optimize PMax performance and attribution.
• Own feed hygiene and Shopping delivery to maximize ROAS.
• Manage tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify, ensuring data reconciliation.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove blockers and improve performance.
