Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce and proven CPA/ROAS results.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate with clients during US Eastern hours.

Responsibilities

• You own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact, with budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Audit accounts before touching them: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, tracking, landing pages, audiences, and conversion tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses and report results.
• Know what PMax is doing and how to separate brand vs. incremental volume.
• Keep Google automation in check and audit auto-recommendations and sitelinks.
• Own the feed (Merchant Center hygiene, titles, promotions) and tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify imports).
• Diagnose bottlenecks in creative, offer, AOV, landing pages, checkout, and tracking; build needed assets.
• Develop landing pages, scripts, and reporting to remove constraints and improve outcomes.
